If your customer can't get into their account, you can carry out the following steps to help them reset their password.
- Go to https://www.yourdomain.com/shop/my-account/.
- Enter the customer's email address, and click the button Email Me a Sign In Link.
- Ask your customer to check their email and log in via the login link.
- Once logged in again, they can change password by clicking the button Change Password in the bottom right corner.
