Do you ever talk to the Rocketspark Customer Support team about a feature you were needing to get your website the way you need it and they will let you know that they have pushed this through as a feature request. But what does that actually mean?
Feature requests are so very important for Rocketspark as this helps us gain an understanding of what our customers are needing/wanting in regards to the Rocketspark platform.
When the support team receive a feature request, we push this to the wider team and collate that information, this allows us to share the different insights customers and partners have with the rest of the Rocketspark team. The features that have the most feature requests from our customers and are achievable on our end are the features we will work towards becoming a reality onto the Rocketspark platform.
If we do not have a feature and you do not reach out to us regarding it, there is a chance that we may not be aware that this is an important feature not only you but other Rocketspark customers as well.
