If your client is wishing to pay for their website and the upgrade process has not been completed you can invite them to do so. Details on how to do this can be found here.
If you have already started paying for a client’s website and are wanting to switch the payments over to the client there are a couple of options.
- You can ask your client to log in to their website by providing them with the login details and to Update their credit card. This will prompt the client to enter their own billing information as well as their payment option. There is a guide found here which details how to do this.
- If you have an invoice that has not yet been paid you can get your client to pay for this. Once this has been done any further payments will be charged to their account rather than yours.
You will also need the client to add a new billing email address through their Rocketspark dashboard. The steps on how to do this can be found here.
