This guide will walk you through how to switch your account from paying our monthly subscription plan to paying annually. This option will save you approximately two months of fees so - big cost savings!
- Log in to your website dashboard using your email and password.
- Once logged into the dashboard click the My Account link on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Down the bottom of the account page under Billing Details click the Change to annual and save option.
If you do not see this option please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and ask the team to change your plan to annual invoicing for you.
- A screen will appear displaying the pricing plan for the other payment option (monthly or annual) that you are not currently on and wish to change to. Click the Pay yearly option.
- A form will appear displaying your current details, check that these are correct and continue to the bottom of the page to the payment verification.
- Here you can select to pay by credit card or direct payment options (NZ only) using the tabs available.
- Enter the relevant payment information and click the Pay button to continue. A screen will be displayed to show you have successfully changed your payments from monthly to annually.
If you wish to change your payment option back to monthly or you couldn’t see an option for changing payment method/frequency on your dashboard, you will need to contact the Rocketspark support team.
