There are a couple of ways you can rename and have a new email address name.
One way is to delete your current email address and open a new one with the desired name. This way this will be a fresh email account with no email history.
We have a support guide on how to delete an email account. Once you have deleted the existing email account you will need to add a new email account. Pricing for email accounts can be found on our Pricing page.
The second option is to rename the current mailbox: To do this please contact our Customer Success team and let them know the current mailbox name and the new name you would like to change this to.
Note: This can only be done if you are just renaming the mailbox name and will still be connected to the same domain name. We are unable to change the mailbox name if you are wanting your new mailbox name connected to a separate domain name.
