Sometimes you may want to send order notifications from your store orders to multiple email addresses. This is useful when you have specific staff managing orders for you who use a different email address from your website admin person. You can add extra emails in your Store Preferences section.
- Log into your Rocketspark dashboard, click on the gear next to Store on your dashboard homepage to go to Store Settings.
- Navigate to Store Preferences.
- At the very top of your Store Preferences, you can add multiple alternative emails from your admin email address to receive orders.
Please note the reply-to email for the Order Confirmation emails your customers receive will still go to the Admin Email of your website so you will want to ensure this is a legitimate email that you access regularly.
I have different departments needing to receive different order emails?
If you have different spots for order processing and orders from different areas need to go to different email addresses, you can create an email filter or a couple of different filters to direct order notifications that include certain words or phrases (e.g., name of the region/city) to a specific email address.
