You may be on an Eccomerce plan and would like to change down to another plan or you may be on website builder but would like to be on an eccomerce plan, please take a look at the different options here: Rocketspark Pricing
To change your plan, you need to reach out to the Customer Success team (support@rocketspark.com) to let them know that you want to move to a different plan and which plan.
Once you have reached out the Customer Success team will move your plan over and change the billing moving forward.
Please note: If you are wanting to move from an Eccomerce Pro or Grow plan to the Website Builder plan, please make sure that you have under 10 products in your store.
