You can purchase email accounts with Rocketspark once you upgrade your Rocketspark website from your 30 day free trial (or if you've preregistered a Domain while on trial). Please refer to our pricing page at Domains and Emails for pricing information.
We recommend hosting your domain with Rocketspark before you add email accounts. You can transfer your domain to us.
To add email accounts:
- Login to your Dashboard
- On the left-hand side click on Email Accounts:
- Click Purchase email accounts
- You will be shown a popup which will display the cost until your next invoice and the ongoing pricing of the email accounts.
- Click Buy now and a pop-up will appear.
- Fill out the details, including the email address you are wanting and set a password.
- Click Add account
Once you click Add account, please allow a few minutes for the email account to become active. An email will be sent to your admin email (the dashboard login email) with details on how to access this email account.
Once your email address is active, you can access it via our Webmail Interface (In your web browser on any computer anywhere), or setup the account in an email client like Outlook or Apple Mail to easily view and send emails on your personal computer.
